Refund and Returns Policy

1. Refund Conditions (Digital Products)
All products sold on lobsterclawdigital.com (including vector designs, digital templates, software, and instantly downloadable/deliverable content) are classified as digital (intangible) goods.

2. Exception to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with international digital commerce standards and consumer protection regulations, contracts regarding “services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer” are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Therefore, because the digital product or service you purchase is delivered instantly / made available for download immediately, refunds and cancellations are strictly not possible.

3. Exceptional Circumstances (Defective/Corrupt Files)
If the purchased digital file is corrupted, incomplete, or defective, you can report the issue within 7 days of delivery. If the technical error is verified by our team, a working version of the product will be resent to you free of charge, or an alternative solution will be provided.
